Can I advertise a backlinking services on AdWords from my account which is connected with my AdSense, Analytics, G+ etc... or I should create a new one for my advertising campaign? Can I get banned for advertising such a product?

    lol of course not. Type in "seo services" or "backlinking services" and look at all the ads Google displays.
