You can Google "HPBL network" or "homepage backlink network" -- There are providers of this service where you pay a flat rate per month or per year to have backlinks posted in contextually relevant homepages of high PR domains. The homepage itself has the PR. However, I suggest this, instead of paying a monthly or annual subscription to these HPBL networks:

    Find a well-aged, expired closeout domain with an exact match domain name containing your exact match keyword, active backlinks, existing traffic and high Google PR, not only for the domain's homepage, but also for its previously published internal pages. These expired closeout domains can be registered at regular annual registration prices (around $10), and you own it as long as you pay the annual registration fee. You can post a website with unique, relevant content under this domain and sell it for profit, or use it to post backlinks pointing to your money sites, or run it as one of your money sites, or get more of these domains and set up websites with unique, relevant content under them so you can develop your own HPBL network for recurring profits -- Many ways to leverage your $10 and around 12 hours investment (2 hours to find a good expired closeout domain, $10 to register it, $0 for hosting since you already have a hosting account and 10 hours to develop a site with unique content under the domain)...

    Or you can manually set up some high PR backlinks yourself. Publish an article on a high ranking article directory site, put up a YouTube vid, submit a press release on google press release. Find a quality service on Fiverr ( do your research first)

      Sorry, but this is rather misguided and mistaken.

      Articles published in article directories have PR-0 backlinks.

      Websites don't "have PR". Pages have PR.

      You're thinking of the PR of a directory's own home page (for example, Ezine Articles' own home page has a PR of 6), but your articles submitted to the directory and published there still give you a PR-0 backlink. How could it be otherwise? A brand newly formed page on your website or on mine would be PR-0, regardless of the PR of our own home page, wouldn't it? Why/how would it be any different in an article directory?

      Even before Google's Panda updates of 2011 thankfully devalued the article directories so much, the authors of the standard SEO textbooks were explaining (some of them in great detail) why one would typically need something between 50,000 and 100,000 of those backlinks to confer the same linkjuice as one backlink from a relevant authority-site.

    Hi oa72795,

    I believe having several and mixture of high PR sites will boost your site rankings, rather than just having PR6 links. In addition, please take note that these links should be permanent and dofollow.

    Suggest to look out for warriors at the "Warriors For Hire" Section and "Warriors Forum Classified Ads" Section for good, quality and cheap packages.
