How do I get my Fiverr gig indexed in their search results for a specific keyword?

Hello

I have a fiverr gig that has 100 percent feedback rating and video description and when I search for my gig in the gig search by the main keywords of the gig I can't find it in the fiverr search results however when I search for for my gig by my username it appears. What kind of search algorithm is that? Who is going to search for my gig by my username which is not even remotely connected to the main keywords of the gig. Fiverr Search algorithm is not helping my gig to be indexed in the fiverr search results.

So I asked fiverr what is up. They told me the following: "With your current account and gig standing your gig will require some more action and positive feedback in order to be found with the keywords you presented."

What? I have 100 percent gig feedback . Take More Action? How I am supposed to take more action if I can't do gigs because my gig is not indexed for the main keyword related to the gig?

Does anyone know how to get a Fiverr gig indexed in the fiverr search results for a specific keyword?

Thanks I would like to start making money on Fiverr so I can get a warroom membership.

It's somewhat random - kind of. First off you can increase your chance of ranking by having the keyword in the title and inside the description - also, it'll help having backlinks to your specific gig, most notably with relevant anchor text.

  • They want you to promote your gig on social media.

They also want your gig "starred" by other people. If you ask all your friends to star it, people who haven't used Fiverr yet just might.

The net result, if you do these things, is more traffic to Fiverr. They don't really care if you yourself sell more gigs, only that they make more money.

Search the keyword and then look at the first gig that pops up in the category. Use the same tags in your gig. Add a video and mention fiverr twice in the video. Something like "I'm offering this low price only at fiverr" you will have a better chance of ranking. Also create more gigs(you can create up to 20) The purpose of these gigs need not be to get sales but when people check these gigs they can see your main gig under other gigs by <username>.

For other 19 gigs you don't have to think a lot just mention that you will send a report about X and usually you will not get sales for these gigs but if you do, you can easily find a PLR report and send it to them.

Yes, definately have the main keywords in the title in addition to the keywords field.

One of my gigs was only on page 3 in the fiverr search results for a small phrase, but once I put the keywords in the title too, it's now on page 1 of the results. That increased my orders.

How many sales have netted that 100% feedback? How many competitors are offering gigs with the same keywords? If you're one of only 3 people offering to stand on your head and eat a banana, there's no reason why you shouldn't be indexed. However, if you're one of the ungodly number of sellers offering logo, writing or backlinking services, you may need to up your sales considerably before you'll be visibly indexed.

Jillycakes raises a good point. In the gig I was referring to, competition isn't so fierce and sellers have only a handful of feedback. But if you've got a gig selling Scrapebox blasts for example, it's gonna be harder to rank amongst the tonnes of other sellers with 100+ feedback.
