  Instant approval directory list will not beneficial. Search engine will not give value to these type of site. Try to choose different IP sites for submission. Before a few week i found there are 30 sites banned by Google. So be careful while doing directory submission.

It is important to check the website where you are submitting your articles. Basically if after approval the link is deleted it is more harmful than creating a link after so much time.
I would suggest to go with websites which are existing for so many time.
