I've been doing a lot of research lately on blog networks and reading various reviews from which i think are legitimate and below I have compiled a list of blog networks and some small details which I have found.

There are many blog networks out there and I have tried a vast majority of them and I have found that those that take care of their network with quality content control provide better results than others, but that's just my opinion. I usually find that networks that accept poorly spun content usually work ok but the results don't stick for long term. What is your opinion with each of these networks?

1. Build My Rank - $59 per month starter package. Probably the most popular network right now with the most positive reviews. They use only high quality unique content which gets moderated which I find is really good for the service so people aren't posting junk and making the sites poor quality.

2. Linkvana - $147 per month, the cool thing about linkvana is that you can get different types of links such as posts, articles, comments, etc.

3. Article Ranks
-Free account and also paid options from 39.99 - 89.99. Easy to use system and has pretty good reviews.

4. Article Marketing Automation
-$67 per month. Doesn't seem to be too popular anymore as it used to be.

5. SEO Destiny -
$47 per month. SEO Destiny hasn't been around for too long but already they are getting great reviews and seems to work pretty well.

6. Lazy Ranks -
$497 - $4,000 per month (5 sites - 50 sites). Automated link building, plug in and forget. Build backlinks for 5 sites. Get 5,000 links per month to all 5 sites.

7. Blog Blueprint
- $67 per month. You submit short 150 word article posts similar to build my rank.

8. Article Blueprint
- $97 per month.

9. Link Authority
- Free. It seems like authority link network but with moderation on submitted articles.

10. Unique Article Wizard
- $67 per month

11. Spin and Send
- $29.99 per month

12. SEO Linkvine
- $67 per month. A lot of poor reviews on this network lately

13. SEO Linkvine Elite
- $297, $497, and $997. They've been around for a while but I haven't been able to find any real reviews on how effective it is but I guess it's due to the limited numbers

14. Free Traffic System
- Free

15. Blogging Underground
- $67 per month

16. Distribute Your Articles
- $99.99 for every 3 months.I've used this network myself and haven't seen that great of an improvement and also they make it really difficult to submit each article!

17. My Article Network
- $67 per month. Pretty similar to SEOlinkvine and Article Marketing Automation

18. Authority Link Network
- Free but you need to add blogs with page rank

19. SEO Link Monster
- $47 per month then $147 every month afterwards

20. 1 Way Links
- $47 per month

21. 3 Way Links
- $47 per month

22. Link Aloha
- Can't find the full pricing but from what i know they have plans from around $400 - $1000. They are currently sold out!

23. Linxboss
- $147 per month. Promote 5 sites a month and get 1,000 links in total. Automated link building, plug in and forget.

24. Traffic Kaboom
- $197 every 3 months. Has very good reviews.

25.Astro Cirta Blog Network
- $24.95 per month on warrior forum.

26. Free Blog Links
- Free. An Authority Link Network alternative.

27. Article Underground
- $97 per month

28. Elite Link Network
- $200 per month. Had some mixed reviews regarding deindexing of sites. Seems that the recent Google updates have really hit their network hard and caused them to decide to close down.

29. The Private Network
- $105 - $270 per month

30. Super Fast Link Building
- $147 - $997 per month

31. Linkamotion - $47 - $97

32. High PR Society - Purchase credits, you can have links on home page which stay there for a monthly fee, submit articles or comments for a one time fee. From the makers of linklicious.me

    Annie,

Thanks for the list. And my great admiration towards you as well.

If you carry on working hard like this as well as continue with the same kind of quality and determination, I bet you would be one of the most successful people in whatever you do.

Here are my thoughts about Blog Networks. Based on what I read, as far as Google is concerned, all these Blog Networks are content farms. Unique or not unique contents, their domains were marked with Google's red hot flags already. This may mean articles not even being indexed or pushed far back behind the queue. Even if indexed, they might NOT RANKED in the top 100 SERPs. Their SERP ranks would also be dropped far down as soon as relevant content from NON-BLOG NETWORK hits Google. The same goes to Article Directories.

But then, I'm not really sure whether that situation is still current or not. I might be wrong now.

However, some IM'ers don't really care because Google is not the only SE in the world. There are over 700 competing SEs and high quality localized ones like Baidu and Yandex. The issue is, Google owns 60% of the traffic in US and over 80% in Europe. That really means MORE HIGH QUALITY TRAFFIC that yields better results would be from GOOGLE.

I know it is easy to write ONE article for a blog and spin em into hundreds of unique articles and push em into the list of blogs. But how about the yield? Will this effort render expected results despite the aforementioned underlying issues?

I recommend FORUM MARKETING, VIDEO MARKETING and SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING instead of ARTICLE MARKETING. The 3 are viral and they are real.

For example. The sig files and profiles in FORUM MARKETING, not only bring traffic but they also add link juice to your sites. Some of the forum pages even have high PR. Their headlines are attractive thus attract visitors. It's harder work, need slightly more time and need some form of interactivity for a while with the community. The results are certainly much better as long as the choiced FORUMS are high quality ones - very active and with real discussions.

    Just my 2 cents.

    26. Free Blog Links - Free. An Authority Link Network alternative.
^^ This one will compete ALN soon, FBL offers more flexibility in terms of credits. Secondly it also show PR of blog where your articles are being posted, not visible in ALN.

    Thanks

Yeah they work really well! I've actually just started trying out lazy ranks because i love the automation. They've only launched a little over 1 week but i'm already seeing good results. I've also been a user of linxboss for a few months now with decent results as well.

I believe they work really well if you use them as part of your link building plan along with a variety of other links.

LOL! Each and every one of these networks has a massive bullseye one them. As soon as their footprint is reverse engineered, you can kiss them all goodbye one-by-one.

The future of private networks will be the administrators ability to keep any and all footprints liquid...which ain't easy.

The admins that can do that are the ones to go with. They exist, but you kinda have to wait it out to see it they survive.

My hat off to the teams running them...that is a very tough job and it requires substantial investment.

We (SEODestiny.com) have successfully avoided any type of footmark till now.. Its really fun to remove each and every footprints you can from the basics like Ips, Private nameservers, No Author Names, Heavy Spinning, banning trackers and lots of other major and minor stuff!.

Promoting the network is a very crucial step to make sure that the blogs remain indexed and powerful.

Free networks or only user based network fail to do that, hence they get their blogs de-indexed after a certain amount of time.

Its really fun adding new sites to the network and making them completely unique all the time.

I'm sure the Big G knows that these particular networks exist. The question is whether it can figure out which sites are in the network.

I've never used a blog network but I at least wanted to read about them, so this list is a great help in that department. Thanks.

Thanks, it seems that many networks have been hit really badly recently and even having to close new registration or shut down so I guess the ones that haven't been hit are doing something right

I've been using Lazy Ranks for almost one month now and the results are quite amazing actually, they don't have an affiliate program so no promotions here but I have seen an enormous increase in my rankings across 4 of the sites i submitted however 1 site did drop in rankings but i did get the dreaded google web master tools notice of unnatural links for this site the other sites i didn't receive any notices so i guess they are all good.

I've had quite a difficult keyword jump from nowhere in the top 1000 into position 12 on page 2 of google and has stayed there for almost 2 weeks now. If you have the money I would definitely recommend trying them out because they are what's working right now.

I agree, I have seen so much better results with the ones that are kept private the ones that have hundreds or thousands of users deliver great results at first but soon after they have hundreds or thousands of users the results start to really go downhill, maybe too many people using the network and posts getting pushed off the first page too quickly.

Just my personal opinion from experience.

Rand Fishkin from SEOMOZ dot com commented on my site the other day and said that Linkvana is also losing sites from their network.

The way that this went down, even to private networks that were not open to the public at the time, shows that this is not an algorithm change but a pinpointed attach on blog networks - networks most likely given up to Ggl in response the GWT scary phishing message they sent to hundreds of thousands of users.

Blog networks will be around for a long time and will come back from this but to use them primarily as our link building method is just stupid.

Fortunately, the only ones that will be left doing SEO after the dust settles will be the professionals that use dozens of tools and obviously pay a lot of money to be effective. If you're not willing to do that then outsource your SEO to the pros because it will be more effective and will cost you less than doing it yourself.

Are you guys kidding? This is like the biggest list to STAY AWAY from!

Obviously the bigger players in the list have been deindexed... this list is probably the nail in the coffin.

yeah i'm sure sure google engineers use this site regularly and lists like this are just what they're looking for. I wish the admins would disallow big lists like this, it makes them completely useless, regardless of what type, auto follow blogs, whatever.

Great post and great list. As for as "letting google in on the secret of this list" that's just laughable -- laughable to the extreme.

Doesn't matter if they know the site, they need to know the footprint -- any good network will have their sites completely, 100% detached from the "dashboard" site/area. However, if there is any visible footprint, doesn't matter where the "starting point" is -- the network will be ripped down.

    • Blog Blueprint has been deindexed, in addition to the ones mentioned above (BMR, SEO Link Monster ...) Things are changing rapidly in the blog network sphere, so many are diversifying their links away from blog networks until the dust settles.

    Cool list.

Google has already sunk quite a few.

So I would imagine the ones that they've not yet got to on the list posted will be next in line.

They do this probably by signing up, and watching where the links come out, and then ....

That's a truly great list of public blog networks, there are quite a few on there I don't recognise.

As for de-indexing private networks, I've not seen much of that, well not beyond the norm which is usually an over enthusiastic new employee, but I guess it strongly depends on how the network is setup etc..

Content, yes sure enough it doesn't get read quite as much as it used to, but let's be fair here, this is for linking, and if Mr G want to drop some clicks on my content, visitors looking for that elusive, well written bit of text that's not on the next site then all well and good, but just don't count on it.

I provide some of the best content you can get, post it on relevant, indexed sites, most with PR, but not all, and it gives a pretty swift increase in organic rankings for the target site, and that's my aim.

I never sell on the principal these will be sales funnels, although some do provide that, occasionally. Neither do most public networks.

I fully agree on the Forum marketing point, it's the single best method I've found for promoting not only sales, but your whole ethos. This forum included, amongst many others.

It allows others to see potentially how you work and what others say about it, and any connection they may or may not have. It is very "honest", if you do enough digging.

Viral Marketing and Video Marketing, gonna test it soon, I bought a Canon XL1S and some wireless mic's for a crack.

I'll post up the first 5 aside match, you'll all have to let me know....

    • That's an excellent hit list for Google well done!

Anyway, most of the networks on there have already been penalised by Google.

Heres my view on blog networks..

Forget all the hocus pocus link building techniques... Get plenty of high PR links to your website, along with some low PR links for diversity, throw in a dash of social media votes and your site will rank. Relevancy is also key.

To get high PR links you can look at human edited paid/free directories, direct link buying and ofcourse blog networks.. But you need to choose a blog network that works in total secrecy.

Not all blog networks are built equal! So be careful.

I have my own portfolio of sites and I also supplement this with quite possibly one of the best blog networks I've ever used. I'd go as far to say that the results are better than BMR when it first opened its doors.

If any fellow Warriors want to know the details of the blog network I use then send me a PM. In the interest of the network it's essential that the details are not released within threads otherwise its game over.
