  • Nthan, unique content is always the best way to go. Google loves it, not scraped content. In most case, it will penalize your site, avoid that headache and rewrite the imported content to be more unique.

    Not sure which plugin you are using for Amazon, but you should be able to customize your pages/post titles within the backend of WP.

    You should always target your main keyword first and then focus on secondary keywords for long tail purposes.

    Research this forum as there is really good information to help you with Amazon. There are several really good courses on Amazon, just search Jan Roos, Michael Franklin or Chris Guthrie.
  • Personally I stay clear of those sorts of plugins. They only Amazon related plugin I use is the one which automatically regionalizes your links to the appropriate Amazon store.

    If you just do normal reviews of products in your niche with a text link to the product, they will convert into sales. It really works, you don't need any fancy plugins.
  • I have just started working with Michael Franklin course it is simple & nice one it can get your started fast
  • Stay away from the stuff that just duplicates what Amazon shows. All of our sites contain 100% unique information and they do very well.
  • Always write your own unique content, it sells much better!

    Amazon Affiliation Help?

    Hey, I'm new to the forum (recently purchased ClickBump SEO Plugin). I have a WP blog, trying to implement Amazon Associates for a chosen niche by posting product reviews. I'm using a plugin that automatically pulls products from the Amazon site and posts them on my blog with an image, buy now and more information buttons -you've probably seen how it works. I thought if I mixed this up with my own unique product review content, it would fill the blog up more. My first question is this; is it bad to have content copied from the Amazon website, am I going to rank for my main keyword or is Google going to penalize me? My main keyword is easy-medium difficulty, I can't see there being much problem getting somewhere on the first page competition-wise.
