Adding posts and SERP

My site is on WP and is optimized for a keyword. My home page is static. What if I add more posts to my site? Of course my current post will go to another page. Will it effect my SERP?

  • If your homepage is static then adding a new post would not push it to another page. This will happen on whatever page you set as the "posts" page. Also adding relevant content to your site does help, as well as post frequency.
