When I search for my site on Google it shows up as:

Site Name -or- Page Name | Site Name instead of just Page Name

In the page section fo WP admin I have my page Title and description as I want it but it does not show up like that in the SEPRS

I went to the Platinum SEO section and deleted the Title from there as I think that post to all pages and overides anything you do in the post/pages section but when I checked it still showed up as Page | Site Name

The reason I cant have that is my site name is a product and I have pages with different products so it makes no sense...Like if my site was Water Skiing and I had a page name called Snow Skiiing it would show up like

Snow Skiing | Water Skiing

Does anyone know the features I have to have checked or unchecked so what I have in the Page Title on each page shows up in the Serps without my site title?
