backlinking my first wp blog SUGGESTIONS?

Hi guys. I recently created my first wp blog. I have been researching ways of creating backlinks, social bookmarking etc. Here's what i've come up with.

So far i've only outsourced to SEOResulta.com for their 800 backlink package. I plan to start using social monkey and eventually UAW both of which i've heard great things about. I'm also pinging everything through pingomatic.

Can someone please let me know if im on the right track to getting a high ranking site?

Also i have a few questions:
I know im supposed to ping whenever i post new content (but not more than once per day). So far i only have 1 extra page other than my standard blog posts. Do i want to ping that page as well as my home page?

If/when i decide to get the UAW should i have separate articles for it or can i just use the articles in my blog posts (i know i have to make different versions and spin them)?

I'm really hoping that by outsourcing my first 800 backlinks that maybe ill be able to get some traffic, make a few sales, and be able to use that money to pay for the other means of getting backlinks like UAW and an upgraded membership of social monkee.

If you haven't realized by now im a newbie to the world of IM so please offer any and all advice you may have for me in relation to backlinking. Also if the responses could be made under the assumption that i don't know what you're talking about it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, the WarriorForum has been a great help to me in getting every thing set up so far!

I would recommend that you do some article directory submission also. Choose high PR directories to start with.

First develop your website with proper design, fresh content and make sure that navigation is proper. Do proper keyword research according to your website niche, choose best keywords related to your niche and use them in title & description tags wisely. And, then start link building to get some quality back links.

I am certainly not impressed with your backlinking strategy... There are no human inputs. Do you have any idea about the quality of backlinks in the backlinking package?

They may link you to some crappy website which can push down your ranking and reputation.

You better start building backlinks manually to earn some credibility.
