Well, i told myself.. Fiverr gigs looked really exciting so i ordered away :/ sigh. I feel stupid right now.

As for the Duplicate content -- I'm really not sure. The theme i am using is a One-page theme that aggregates the Pages i create. Not sure why the Pages are showing as separate Pages on Google. Do you think i should (No follow/No index) them Now? or Later when my HomePage is redexed?

Would you know how long it'll take before my Homepage is returned? Sigh. It's weird cus all my other pages are intact and ranking.

haha, appreciate the plug
but i'm already using BMR!

I'm currently pushing 1 article a day via BMR,
should i increase it to 1-3 or even 4-6 articles per day?

Continue to build backlinks. You were doing other backlinking asides from BMR? BMR alone already gives some strong backlinks. How much were you setting it? 4-6? 10?

Since it's sandbox just stay consistent with the backlinks. There's a WSO somewhere called seocookbook it was like $9. He showed his statistics on sites that were sandboxed and his strategies to get out of it and rank on the first page. He used linklicious, highprsociety, and onehourbacklinks. But like anything else, you're encouraged to use your own tools.

BMR -- i schedule 1 post per day, but increased it to 1-3 post a day. Should i increase it somemore?

Duplicate Content -- Someone raised that my site structure created Fifty "phantom pages" when my page is actually a one-page website with "false" javascript pages. Do you think this was an issue in the Homepage deindexing? I've been using this theme for 1.5years!

There could be a lot of factors. You said you were getting backlinking services aside from BMR? Where are you getting those from? Be careful! You may never know. What if your backlinks were coming from spam/porn/etc? That could get you flagged.

I tend to go 4-6, 150 words.

I'm getting them from Article Directories + Web2.0 LinkWheels -- Bought them from Fiverr

For BMR mine was 1 post a day, and after my Homepage got deindexed i increased it to 1-3.

Fiverr can be risky at times. I tend to avoid Fiverr ,but there are good gigs out there. Even then, I never get my backlinks from Fiverr.

4-6 is a good number, especially if the site has been a year old.

But my question is, your home page, is/was there a particular keyword that you were ranking for?

Yes, i was ranking 1-5 position for about 25+ keywords
Now it's all gone.

If you haven't seen the site, it's here bit[DOT]ly/wa7thz. Sigh. I hope it comes back soon. This is my only source of NEW business! Although i do get referrals and repeat clients. :/

To tell you the truth my home page was GONE for like 2 weeks. I got emotional over that. Just a couple days ago it's back and on page 4. All I did was create backlinks through BMR. I did about 50 posts a week. 4-6 posts a day.

is it normal for BOTH google and bing to deindex my Homepage at the same time?

Because my rankings in Bing have lowered drastically too.

NOTE: I had a wordpress plugin called "Easy No Index No Follow" which i deleted as it was leaving either a noindex or nofollow tag on my viewsource. Do you think that was it? I have already removed it and can't remember what it looked it. I remember it was near a word "Meta", and near it was a "link is broken. link is broken"... i got a little scared and deleted the plugin.

In regards to your question, my site was on page 2 then it was gone for a couple weeks. Then it came back and now it's ranking back up on page 4 and almost to page 3. Just keep building those backlinks.

You shouldn't have SEO as 100% of your traffic. That's what I've been learning as of late. Utilize other sources of traffic such as social media.

OP, that WP-theme is doing some crazy stuff. Like already pointed out, your site has approx. 50 pages with the exact same content & all 50+ pages have unique URLs.

Dump the WP-theme or do a 301 redirect & point all those 50+ URLs at the INDEX page URL.

That's Exactly why the page wasn't indexed, it had a no index tag.
that tells the search engines not to index it.

now you have removed that, your site will be back soon, the next time it's crawled.

Now i'm wondering if it's really the tag that caused the Deindexation.
Because I updated my theme on 7th of February -- more than 2 weeks ago. And my guess is that it was the cause of this "Leaked" meta tag

From my Crawl rate Crawl_Rate.png it seems that the Googlebot would have come in a lot earlier and cause a Deindexation earlier.

If this was de-indexed surely the entire site would be de-indexed

I don't have any experience with this to be honest, as I've never had a site de-indexed, but my understanding was that the entire site would vanish.
