First thing that springs to mind is you don.t have a privacy policy

    Otherwise it seems ok

you can get a privacy policy generated at Google Adsense Privacy Policy Generator - Create a Privacy Policy Adsense

And if that doesn't work, set up a Youtube channel, and try a get 1000-2000 views...then they will accept you there. You don't necessarily need a website for adsense account. I had one before youtube, and my own site. (thanks blogger)

Privacy policy is not content. That's not a big deal.

Your site content, as stated by google, IS the problem.

It's junk. Take out the trash and start over. Wait 6
      months and apply again.

Your site exists for no other reason than slapped together
      junk articles hoping for adsense.

For a start, you need to stop bolding and underlining keywords.
A sure tipoff to junk. Then work on formatting. Having paragraphs
and headings that run together is terrible. For the reader and the look.
Then completely revamp the content. And I mean revamp to something
useful. Seriously, if google is doing manual reviews, what on
earth do you expect them to say?

I might even ditch the outdoor gardening theme of the website.
It is, after all, about indoor gardening.

In fact, I'd create a cool website myself if I were you, and ditch
the wordpress and theme altogether. You even have to put that
crazy las vegas ad on the bottom. Not good when it comes
to owning your own website and adsense. Unless of course you
just put that las vegas text ad for some other reason. Bad idea.

Try adding some headings, make your paragraphs only a 2-3 sentences each and maybe add a list or two. Perhaps add some images as well, helps with readability and makes your content look much better.

If you keep failing, here's a little trick that certainly worked a couple of months ago as an easy way to get an Adsense account.

Get an account at Idyarocks, its a kind of wordpress/squidoo kind of place and its free, setup the minimum needed on your acount / webpage to get an Adsense account, its a couple of hours of content creation at worst, apply, wait.

    Success.

If you can't get in via Google, use a back door.

    Unacceptable Site Content :confused::confused::confused:

    Help me
First of all, thank you for sharing your site, truly shows that you want help.

I usually don't agree with Paul or Google for that matter, but both Google and Paul are correct. Your CONTENT really is indeed the problem.

You would have probably gotten away with it if Google didn't manually review the site the moment you put your Adsense code on it. When you did, they manually reviewed your site and didn't like what they saw.

2 things that immediately stands out:

    Over optimization
It is obvious... too obvious that you are trying to rank for indoor gardening by spamming the keyword every where, in your titles and making it bold in every article... not good. Google bots won't like that, used to work back in 2008 - 2010, not now, your site looks spammy.

    "Poor user experience"
All you have is a bunch of text with 1 keyword over optimized... you have no related images and even a single video, boring.

Just these 2 things along were enough for the manual reviewers to conclude your content is bad, which I agree. I hope this is not how your other sites look like. You need pictures, videos, interesting titles by making use of the question mark "?", and less over optimizing 1 keyword.

Excellent List of gut-check questions to ask yourself before your site/content goes live (List From John S Rhodes)

      1. Am I proud of this site?
      2. Am I proud of the information on the site?
      3. Am I being honest?
      4. Will the information I provide still be relevant in 2 -6 years?
      5. Am I really helping people?
      6. Would I be proud to link to this site?
      7. Would I bookmark this site?

Be honest. If you can't answer yes to all or most of these, there is most likely a problem with your sites content.
