      host your server in thailand. i heard a study about this one. one company has a .co.uk extension but they are targeting US users. somehow they have done everything but nothing works to rank their site in US but when they change their server in US...boom they start ranking in US.

    You are making it hard for yourself but you can do it yes.

    If you are trying to rank for a hard term though the .co.th sites will have a massive edge over you.

    Is is a Thai term you are ranking for? I am guessing it is an existing website?

    As someone has said above, you can do it but would be easier to do it without the co.uk but really depends on what service you're offering Thai people or are you targeting ex-pats (that would make a lot of sense)...

    First thing to do is to sign up for Webmaster Tools and set the Geographic location to Thailand then start optimizing the content and the links after that.

    Much easier for SEO at Thai Google will be version of website with domain .co.th. So I recommend you to buy Thai domain name. The best solution that I've found so far for registering Thai domains is the trustee service. Couple of companies in the Internet offer those domains with local presence. You can easly find it, just google phrase: local presence co.th thai domain.

      You can still rank your domain there however. Just like you see .uk domains ranking in the US. First step is to make sure that you host your site there.
