I have read that sometimes it's good to post current and popular videos to increase your traffic. To me this sounds like it would take away from my site. Someone clicks on because they're lookiing for Justin Bieber (just an example-would never use him!) and finds me.

Is it worth it to get the increase traffic or does it make you look stupid?
