Best honest advice, two things you need to ask your self, how much time do you have and how much is your budget.

if you have time - learn to do it your self (this forum has nearly everything you need)

if you don't have time and want to waste money then your going the right way about it, the reason being this forum is full of people that can get your decent rankings some decent some bad and some I would not touch but I would suggest upgrade your membership to this forum (best $39 I spent) and I have spent in the region of about $1000 on products and services that now that I look on that I did not need.

here is my method for free -
get 10-20 gov /edu sites linking to your home page (just type in google how to get edu / gov back links warrior forum)

secondly get a signature in this forum and have it link to your site using anchor text as your can see at the bottom of mine (join around 5 -10 other forums in your industry) i.e mine is taxis so I am part of all the taxi forums, post productive comments (if you spam you will get banned)

post 5 productive comments a day on 10 forums, that alone should get your some nice little rankings.

article marketing - type in google - top 20 article sites (post one article to these a week) all pointing back to your web site (one to the home page and one to an inner page)

you just saved your self $500

if you are going to spend money

these are the only tools I use and see how I dont affiliate them (meaning I dont make money if you buy them lol), market samurai - key word tool , best spinner (a must if your going to do spam articles later on), I use uaw (their are about 20 tools out their that do similar jobs, now every one has their own opinion.

so let me break it down for you for free -

gov / edu -> to web site
top 20 articles --> web site

then if you do want to automate

uaw articles -> top 20 articles --> web page

very basic link building

Now alot of people will say what do I know Only been on this forum for about 4 weeks , but then again in 4 weeks I saved my self £1500 getting my web site easy mode to first page google.

Also you can try to write an article, rewrite it and submit the unique articles to top 5 do-follow article directories, also some HIGH PR backlinks profile pages would help you a lot

How big is your site? if its a small niche site then all I do is social bookmark and then drip feed links with Unique Article Wizard, it works really well for me and it doesnt take up too much time
