SEO Advice Wanted For New Site Which Will Be Flipped

I have a new site up and running and am looking for advice on the best off-site SEO strategies I could try? Please consider that I will be selling this site in 4-8 weeks.

I do have a fairly good handle on SEO for developing authority sites but am considering using BMR's free trail links, purchasing some high PR edu or gov links, as well as the regular manual SEO. Your thoughts?

BMR is still shutdown so you might look to Linkvana (expensive though).

If you're trying to rush SEO to sell it you might look into Press Releases or buying up some high quality, high PR links. Other than that, you'd have to look to the Dark Side of SEO for help, if you know what I mean.

  i didn't know BMR was down. Thanks for the tip. yeah I know I'm rushing the SEO but would like to get some good traffic and a little income before I put it up for sale. All the content will be original and I have done my homework in terms of KW's.
