    For what? If you want junk US traffic go for PTC traffic. If you want quality traffic then PPC traffic. And if you want them without spending money, then try social media campaigns like Fanpage or Twitter marketing. But it will not guarantee regular traffic.

    I can simply answer it by saying SEO.There are lots of methods in SEO in which if you can implement in a proper manner without violating the rules you can get 1000+ UV per day.While doing SEO we need to have lots of patience.Initially we need to everything manually and then the posts will soon get indexed.Thereafter using some softwares and making some blasts gives 1000+ UV per day.

    1. Build good content which is optimized with your targeted keywords
    2. Make sure the page titles have these keywords.
    3. Build links to your pages using your keywords as the anchor text
    4. submit your inner pages to social bookmarking sites
