Even if you get 1000+ links from that kind of softwares they are useless or even worst they could actually harm your rankings on Google and possible your online reputation so any webmaster should say a big NO! to all these offers we see every day that promise 1000+ or even more backlinks with only a few dollars

Yes This is True! Rather then Loosing money on these useless tools, it is batter approach to perform organic seo manually! After Google Panda Algorithm things changes certainly, Google is Penalizing Automated Tools! To Prevent from Penalization its batter approach to make link manually!

I agree, but not for everything! You could build backlinks to another website that has a backlink to your website (such as an article directory!).. This will surely help you get a better SERP for your keyword. This can be built automatically with any tool like ScrapeBox, it WON'T hurt you anyhow!
