Well, it depends if the changes favored your website or not. If it did, it's likely you would have already seen the results as Google probably activated and tested that part of the algo before they ever announced it.

A google algorithm change can either affect your website positively or negatively depending on how the new algorithm likes your website.

Google algorithm always affect the site. sometimes it will be good for site and sometime bad. That means site ranking can increase or decrease after Google algorithm.

The last change i believe was the panda 3.3 update a few days back.

This has affected few of the sites.

In my opinion after the google algorithm change ends that there is might be possibility to increase in keyword rankings and serps. But it's all depend on your quality work.You can follow google webmaster guidelines for your website.
