Hard to get to number one for this keyword?

Hi,
I have a lot of keywords that I have done research for that the competition look like this picture for my keyword. The keyword in this case 6600 exact monthly searches with the CPC of 2,56$.
I want your opinon if I can go for this (and simular keyword) to be number one? I am a little scared of the PR of this sites and backlinks to their domains as well as their Domain Age.
BUT
- None of the sites seems to be optimezed for the keyword
- The site that is number one in this case don´t have one (1) link that point at this site with the keyword I gonna target
So, is it possible to go for the number one spot?
