Any reason why you can't use the same Blog/Web2.0 pages for multiple backlinks?

I'm in the backlink process for my first site and it's a hassle creating all these accounts. I just want to clear a few things up for myself in this process. I'm doing a link pyramid.

Niche Site <---- Blog/Web 2.0 <---- Article Directories/Social Bookmarking


1) Do I post each new article to the Blog/Web2.0 layer? Or do I only do that once for the first article and post any new articles to the third tier?

2) Is there any reason why you can't just use the same Blog/Web2.0 sites to backlink to any other niche sites you make? Do you have to make new ones for each site you do?

Since I started a thread I might as well ask some bonus questions:

3) Any opinions on my link pyramid structure? Does it look good or is there something you'd change?

    New article for each web 2.0 is very good for tier 1, but try find web 2.0 with high pagerank homepage. I can do it for you if you want permanent blogpost PR 6. I don't understant your second question

    No, i don't think so. If you make web 2.0 to backlink to your other money site, as long as Google indexed it, it's worth to try, but you should make new article so it will pass copyscape.

    Based on my personal experience, tier 2 just have purpose to make backlinks in tier 1 indexed. So, low quality backlinks in tier 2 is ok (For example xrumer backlinks comment). Why? Because if you put xrumer backlinks comment in tier 1, it's very dangerous, you can get maybe sandboxed, or something else bad. Oh also, Wiki backlinks is also good for tier 1.
