Why is my CPC set to zero?? Please Help!

I'm getting clicks who are essentially making money, but after like 15 minutes the money is removed out of my adsense account. I did everything to follow the guidelines of adsense. What am I doing wrong? Could it have anything to do with the fact that my website is just a few weeks old and already getting more than 9000 page views a day? My website is bywilma.com. Why is my CPC set to zero?

How can I do that? I can't find a contact link. I only find help forums and other information about known problems..
