Is there a tool (free or paid) that will show daily spending on Adwords? I found spyfu dot com and it is more of what I need, but for the one competitor I'm most interested in - there is no data available and they have been around for a few years. How can this be?

My client is in a very competitive market and he believes that adwords cost is becoming out of control. Keywords bidding ranges from $3 - $12 (for top spot). I have lowered his bids so he will mostly show on the paid right side and I have him in the top spots organically for most of his keywords. People only search for 6 main keywords - not much long tail here.

This is a local market.
