Why is my site blinking in and out of existence in Google!?

Literally, one minute my site is showing up on page 1 in Google, I hit refresh, and it has disappeared! This has been happening all day!

Is this Google Dance? The thing is, it's always bouncing into the same spot, then disappearing. Any ideas?

I have no idea about it. But in "Google Dance" you see your SERP change within few days not instantly as in your case.

I agree with seoguro. Doesn't seem like a google dance at all. Have you cleared your cache?

I tested it in another browser on another computer in my house, same thing. It shows in the search for a while, then drops back to it's old spot (I don't even know what its old spot was, it was so low)

OK, cleared the cache. Website still nowhere to be seen I thought it was sposed to be easy to rank when the competition has no SEO

I have an idea what is going on.

When I first uploaded the site, I messed up the SEO and actually had it all wrong. I reuploaded the fixed site, but Google had already indexed the bad site. Perhaps the updated site is trying to 'come through' or something, and the old site is interfering or still showing up or something?

Clear browsing history and cookies, active log-ins and etc. Go to Tools on your browser and just clear your cache there.

Browsing history and cookies will stop this from happening? I seldom clear them at all. But, now I have to do that in order to get our page rank back. Thanks for the share.
