I found a keyword.
Keyword Tools state that Competition is High.
I don't know how do they consider competition high or low.
Some information about the keyword:
Google Results: About 2,870,000 results
With Quotations Google Results: About 475,000 results
Intitle Google Results: About 80,400 results
Market Samurai photo:

What do you think of this keyword? Easy or hard to get top 5?
Should I take Google competition into consideration?

Google Keyword Tool only represents the difficulty for adwords competitors. Since you're trying to rank for these keywords organically you don't have to worry about that.

Now, looking at the Market Samurai report there is some good news and there is some bad news.

The bad news is that you have some seriously high authority sites ranking in the top 10 there. The number 1 ranking site has over 11 BILLION backlinks to it's domain. I'm not sure what site that is, but Google has been making it very easy for these large brand sites to rank. The rest of the top 10 really isn't any better...they are all large authority sites.

However, there is some good news in this keyword. Out of your top 10, only one of the sites is optimized for your keyword, which is result #4. Furthermore, most of these pages that are ranking have a very low number of backlinks pointing to the actual page.

So, to cut to the chase...I'd say this keyword is a medium competition keyword. The domains that rank for this keyword are extremely high authority, but none of them are truly competing for this keyword. Only result #4 is optimized for the keyword and they haven't actually built any backlinks to that page.

If you have a page that is highly optimized for this keyword and build strong backlinks for the keyword then you should be able to outrank even those strong authority sites.
