Should I include my long tail keyword in my domain name or just 2 words?

For ex: weight loss tips

OR JUST

weight loss.. In case I want to include many keywords related to weight loss, not only weight loss tips.

    Your long tail keywords should be in the title of each post, which will put them in your URL. Those individual pages are the ones you are going to rank for more easily as well.

    Your main keyword for the whole site is the one you want in your domain name. That said, weight loss tips is still a very general keyword. A long tail keyword would be something like "weight loss tips for new mothers". Don't try to cover too broad a market in one website or you risk not being able to rank and draw any traffic at all.

    You should do this for your keyword (lets look at an example where the keyword is "how to do seo"):

    1) Place it in the beginning of the title of the article (example: "How to do seo for your website")
    2) This will instantly build an URL with your article and it would be very similar to your title (double weight for your keyword!)
    3) Try to write at least twice your main keyword in the article (This should look natural, not just write it without any related content!)
    4) Use H1 and H2 tags using a very similar to your main keyword (it would be better not to use the same keyword inside H1 tags!) -> For example: "How to do seo easy"
    5) Build backlinks to your page using the keyword you are trying to rank for: "how to do seo"

    Do this every time you want to get a higher position for ANY keyword!
