Horizontal line after post title & before adsense ads

We know showing adsense ads after post title is great idea that insure high ctr but there are some possibilities of getting banned. So i guess placing a horizontal line after post title may be a good idea. Here i find a web site which puts horizontal gray line after post title and after ads (before content) which seems very safe and innovative idea as well. Here is the link:

    It's what I do, although mine is always a faint gray line. I try hard not to distract the eye from being drawn directly to the ads.

    Yes, this should be okay because he's also having "Sponsored Links" above ad block.
    Btw <hr> is the code for that grey line, and of course you can style it with CSS the way you want. Hope that helps.
