Should I add an iframe to another site ?

Hi all,I have built up a site that is top in google for my chosen search terms , this has taken over a year. I now need o monetise it better and would like to add an iframe to a form on an affiliate site.
This would be on every page, I am worried about how this may affect seo as I have heard google is trying to weed out sites that are just affiliates ?
Maybe I shouldn't do it ?
Maybe I could cloak the link via seo ultimate ?
or host the frame code on a subdirectory of my own site ?(I guess when it submits the information it will still go to the other soite anyway !?:rolleyes:
