backlinks When do you start to see them

I recently baught backlinks from a provider 20,000. They use xrumer to provide them.

Does it take a few weeks few days for these backlinks to show up on alexa.

    Few weeks. And it won't matter even if it shows up. You purchased meaningless links that may show some good numbers when you look at link quantity, but will probably do nothing for your site in terms of quality.

    As a general rule, a link that is hard to get will usually be quality. A link that is offered in the thousands by a seller for $5 delivered in 2 days will usually be of no quality.
