Opss - Excuse the title spelling mistake! - Can't change it now

Hey,

I have my 2 year old money site that I just completely re-vamped, changed the platform I am using now using WP from Joomla.

Its a PR3 payday loan website, Had it number #4 in one big keyword for a good year.
For the 1st year I was doing a lot of link building, and since I got to page 1 I moved to on next project and left it, and only did link building once every few months and only then It would be 10/20 links, and adding one new article once a month if that.
By end of year one I have just under 1500 backlinks from unique domains with good PR.

So the 1st week of Jan, I moved my site, and done a small make over, added a few new things.
My sites ranking dropped a lot 1st few weeks I wasn't even visible.
So I through I would invest my time and money for seo, and even had in the back of my head, I could and can still be #1.

So signed up to a decent seo company and they are building some backlinks for me on good site via articles/ contextual backlinks etc.. all to keep Panda happy.

Now today - Just over a month later, and not seeing much results.

I am jumping around like a yo yo.

For 10 minutes I am back to where I was b4 the upgrade #4. then I hit page 3, then back etc.... This is all day long. I get hits for 10 minutes then its dead for another 3/4 hours.
The biggest Google dance, I have seen.

I know its because Im building backlinks and they are marking me up for there serps but when is it going to end....

Its been doing this for 2 weeks now. And its quite embarrassing when partners ask whats happened to my traffic and sales.

I just want to find out if any one here has had such a dance, and how long did it go on for.

I know I am in Google's good books, and not been hit by Panda b4 any1 states that. :p
