      Completely disagree with this advice.

      Even Matt Cutts has videos stating that if your link profile has only do follow links built, you are asking to be flagged up for review.

    4. Encourage people to syndicate your content though RSS feeds

    Article submission
    Blogging
    Press release
    Social bookmarking
    Forums Posting
    Blog commenting
    Link exchange (don't do more)
    Profile links
    Paid links (don't do more)

    Also, make sure your Link-building strategy contains almost all above methods and make sure you go for more DOFOLLOW as well as go for NOFOLLOW links to in-order to make your link building process "Natural".

    You have to build links manually, It takes time as SEO is a slow process. people will claim that they will rank you overnight, but seriously dont believe it , as How long you stay at top is important than ranking for one day
