Do you know of any resources on building your own Private High PR network?

With all the Article Networks being killed by Google, I am currently thinking of building a High PR Network for my private use...

Does anyone have any resources on building such a network?

Questions:
- How many high PR domains will i need to have in this network
- What sort of work do I have to do on each site?
- If I have 2 sites that are absolutely different, can i use the same network to build backlinks to them?
- How should i link to my 2 sites with the Network? via blogposts, or blogroll?

Would anyone know?

    I was thinking of doing the same. A few people on here said it would cost about the same as buying all these links all the time.

    I have resources and I am looking for the same answers @singaporeasiaco

    It would take a lot of resources to do what you are wanting to do.
    If you try to do it your self, you realistically only be able to do a couple of sites at a time and it could take years or "never" to get the PR you are looking for

    You could purchase existing websites with high PR but this would be very costly.

    There is big business in what you are looking to do though and a loot of money can be made through the sales of links and ad space...not for beginners though.

    This is just my observation.

    You really dont need a lot of blogs if you are just ranking a few sites.

    A few pr4 links will give you a nice jump in rankings

    if you had 10-15 sites pr3-5 all for your own use then that would be very powerful for ranking
