My question is this: if on a small site of say 20 pages or less, you have each individual page listed in the sidebar (divided into categories) that shows up on every page, does this count as sufficient internal linking? I also have a smattering of links to other pages in the body in places where it is really appropriate to the content, but am concerned about overdoing it with links.

What about at the bottom of the homepage having a list of all the pages? Is this too much if they the pages are shown in the sidebar?
Since everything about external links seems kind of scary right now with the demise of BMR, I want to make sure I'm doing the internal linking correctly.
I think what I'm aiming for is called a virtual silo, but I'm not really sure....
