I need a little help.When building back links to blog posts, will I be doing this to the category section or the actual blog post itself?I could have thousands of blog post,so it would seem impossible to build links to every post.

  • I think the first thought will be the great idea. As you said you have thousands of blog post so the adding link one by one will take lots of time.

    • I like to build links to the posts, but only for
      a short while. I tweet them, ping them, post
      on a related forum, etc. IMHO, building links
      to the posts gives you a 2 in 1. You are in
      effect giving backlinks to the blog, building
      authority. The internal linking structure of
      a well set up blog can be a natural boost.

  • Just build backlink of your valuable post.
  • Valuable post with backlink increase your website traffic very fast. So work on post first.
  • Backlinks from posts or from comments or blogroll are all good if the blogs are relevant to the nature of your site and content at the blogs is very good.
  • Make it 50:50
    half to the category and half to inner posts.

    • When building links it's best to link back to your main blog URL then once you've built up that URL you can start "deep linking" to specific blog posts when relevant.
  • I agree just build backlinks to your good content and people will link to it naturally. Here is a good list of free high pr backlink sites. There should be several good backlinks for your niche. There is also a Free Internet Marketing Resource Guide and Tools.
