Adsense layout, quick question

Changed my adsense layout to have
an ad block on the right site. Moved
it from the left. Which is the most
natural side for "links" to be?
Right or left, or does it matter?
I've seen just as many sites with a menu
on the left as there are with menus on the
right. Just looking for higher CTR if it
actually factors into that.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Chrissy.....
the truth of the matter is..."neither"
Unless your are using a theme like CTR neither.

The best ad placement and size is 336x280 and at the top or next to your post. (text ad) and can be either side or above.

skyscrapers (120x600 and 160x600) usually do not have a great click through rate.

      This right here.

Most of the best click throughs come from ads within your content because that is right where people's eyes naturally go.

Don't worry too much about the other placement.
