How long does it take....

for the Meta description and Title to change if amended?

I have a Wordpress page and Yoast SEO. Been 5 days since I made changes and the Google result display is still pre-the changes I made in SEO Yoast.

  • It will take time depending on the number of quality backlinks your site has.
    The more quality backlinks your site has, the better chances it has of getting regularly crawled by Google.
    Otherwise the changes can go unnoticed for months on end.
    If you make any changes any pages on a particular page then make sure that it is properly linked from pages that are liked and regularly crawled by Google
