Hey!

I'd like to make a review site for a product and the only EMD is a .co.
Are .co's as valid as the others? As I haven't really seen people use them.

Should I just add something to the domain and go with a .com? Any suggestions on what to add when the domain would need to be "PRODUCTreview.com" ?

I have used .co in the past for clients who really wanted a .com and couldn't have it for one reason or another. Most of the time it was already taken. My advice here is, if you are forced to have a .co then it means a .com is already taken and likely established. It would be easier not to go straight in and compete against it. Instead try doing some brand analysis and see if something else could achieve the same goals.

I agree with ddshosting. It's obviously preferencial to get the .com for the reason of competition and brand ability.

In the past I've had success online with .co domains as well as .com, .net and .org, but seem to have to work a little harder to see the same results.

.com is always best I have been searching for a .com for a long time I find it way more valuable than .net or .org Or any other domain ending
