Update on #5 Ranking site with PR2 Being Completely Deindexed

If you are not aware of the thread that I started about one of my #5 Ranking sites with PR 2 being deindexed and sandboxed completely by Big G on 20th of March, 2012, I just want to let you know that I posted a thread here in warrior forum about the incident asking tips and suggestions from fellow warrior family but I don't know for what reason somebody deleted my post for no reason. As you can see, I don't have signature and I'm not promoting anything at all and I never promoted anything on the forum.

My site was getting decent amount of free organic traffic from Big G and I was getting few clicks on a daily basis to my adsense links but all of a sudden the very next day I found out that the site was completely gone out of the picture and when I checked with site:mysite it was completely deindexed.

After getting some tips from warriors on the thread, I signed up with the G's webmaster tool. Today I got the message from them that says "Dear site owner or webmaster of http://_______ (mysite),
We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines. If you have any questions about how to resolve this issue, please see our Webmaster Help Forum for support."

Going through the points they indicated in the statement, I came with 3 possible reasons:

1 Aggressive backlinks. I really did not build that many links by myself. When I asked the company which I outsourced the link building task, they said they haven't even started building links yet. I assume that they are telling me the truth.

2. I used exit pop up for social sharing asking people to share the content. There are many websites there which are still doing this technique for getting social exposure. And my point is my site is not exceptional and should not be.

3. I used content lock plugin for social sharing to get extra exposure. This is not really any illegal or black hat technique. It's like putting content for sale and the content will not be shared until somebody buys it similarly in my site's case, the content will not be unlocked until the visitor shares the content. But it does not mean that all the content for sale is deindexed or sandboxed.

I should also let you know that I used 3 adsense ads spots and which is also not against their terms. If it was the case, they would have banned my adsense account not deindexed my site.

Not being sure what to do and what's really the reason behind my site being completely taken out from the search engine, I got rid of all the plugins and even told the link building team not to build any link if they were even about to do so.

I would like to ask the warrior members what's the best possible steps to get my site back. How to let Big G know that I did not do any unethical deed in the site other than those above mentioned steps. How can reach to G and ask them what's the exact reason so that I can work and fix the problem.

There is no link on the thread rather than telling about my site with my honest and pure intention of knowing what's wrong with the site so that I can work on it and improve.
