I prefer to use a theme that has the SEO baked in, like Thesis or Catalyst.

All In One SEO is good. I like Thesis theme because it comes with prebuilt SEO features

They are all good, I have tried all three of them and had success, although I do prefer All in One. It all comes down to how you title the pages, and the descriptions that you are using.

I see more wordpress sites using Yoast, but I've been happy with the All In One plugin. Just curious though, are there extra features in the Yoast that All In One doesn't offer?

I'm using Yoast's Wordpress SEO plugins as well. It allows you to analyse your keywords when you are done with your blog posts. Control the meta title, description, follow/nofollow etc.

From my point of view All in one SEO is the best plugin. Other plugins are Google XML Sitemaps, Meta Robots WordPress plugin, SEO Friendly Images, SEO Tag Cloud Widget, etc also very good plugins.
