I read in a forum somewhere that someone asked whether it is possible to open a new adwords account without them connecting it to a suspended account.
Whenever this question is asked, it is always suggested that they use a different ip address, but I don't see why this can help.
Surely Google can't ban accounts based on IP addresses.
Is there any way of finding out exactly what information is sent to Google automatically when you apply for an Adwords account? I've heard of Wireshark, but the amount of information this collects is a bit of an overload.
