CMS/Plugin/Script for a RSS Feed Directory?

Before anyone links me to a list of RSS Directories, that is not what I'm looking for :rolleyes:

I'm considering creating my own RSS Feed directory and was wondering if anyone here knows of a script of maybe a plugin for Wordpress (or some other CMS like Joomla, etc) that works well for setting up an RSS Feed Directory?

Pick up a copy of LinkUp Gold, (I can't put on a link so just copy and paste: about-link.com/visit/linkupgold/) as it requests the RSS Url on the form for a site submission, and includes 3 or 5 ( I forget which) recent Feed Titles on that site's information page within your directory. It doesn't show that RSS FEED URL is available in the options, but it does, and you can write Richard (author of LinkupGold products) to confirm before purchase.
