Ranking Social Media Profiles

Hi

I need to get some of my social media profiles to rank on the first page of Google for my business name.

I have been told building links to these profiles is a good way to start, I have also been told that low quality links can give decent results so i am looking for someone to build these links for me - can anyone recommend a service to do this?
