Content Facilitator - New Alternative to Link Building Networks?

Google has de-indexed various link building networks (e.g. blog networks) and services.
Now can the Content Facilitator (see source below) be one of the best alternatives?

  • Never heard of them. Their domain is brand new with PR0, and they aren't rank 1 for their name :S
  • Yes, i agree. They seem to be still in the sub-beta stage. The concept however is nothing new.
