My site is perfectly ok, but it hasn't been approved for Adsense!

Does anyone have any idea why my site was rejected for Google Ads?
The site is about fitness & bodybuilding and all the articles are written by me. There is nothing illegal on my site, and it doesn't fit in any of the banned categories.

Plus there are hundreds of other fitness sites that have Google Ads. So why mine was not accepted?

Is there anything I can do to get it approved? Please help!

By the way, the site is: body-buildin.com (the second one from my signature)

u need to built up ur site ..
your site has too less post + it looks quite new .
In many Countries the site should be 6+ months old to be accepted for google adsense policy ..
    ---
But create some more good and healthy post like 40+ and then again try after 1-2 months .

I have the blogspot blog for some time, but just recently I bought a domain name. Indeed there aren't so many articles...so I will post some more and then try again in a few months.

Until then, I was thinking to use Clickbank ads. Do you have any other ideas on how I can monetize this site?

How did you added the "You might also like" gadget to your blog with celebrity pics?

      I wouldn't recommend that!
If your site was not approved by Google in the first place, it means that something is not ok with it and Google will see it.

Yes you will be able to put the Google Ads, but you are risking of getting your account banned in the future. It happened to me some time ago with a different account...

LOL - Obviously your site isn't perfectly or they would have accepted it.

Here's some feedback after looking at your site:

New site, doesn't look filled out, you need to get the site going for a while prior to applying for Adsense. It's borderline "Made For Adsense" style, which Adsense is trying to move away from.

Link Exchange - Remove it when applying for Adsense. You don't want to point out that you are trying to "manipulate pagerank" by having link exchanges on your site on the side bar.

Remember that Adsense is a part of Google, so if you are blatantly violating their Webmaster guidelines they'll likely not approve your Adsense account.

Off topic but you need to do some work on your image optimization, they are stretched all over the show and look very unprofessional.

Your css looks a bit messed up, maybe it's my browser, idk, I use Google Chrome, try to get those homepage posts more in line.

And yeah Adsense has gotten more strict and one of the new rules is that your site needs to be 6 months old.

Btw i think there are better ways to monetize a bodybuilding site then Adsense, perhaps some protein and shakes selling or weight loss kind of things, fitness equipment could even do well. Just look at what other large sites are monetizing with and copy them, mostly they know what they're doing.

Yes I know...sometimes the posts on the homepage are not aligned. It depends on the size of the article. Sometimes they are in line, sometimes not

I used a template for this blog so the problem is in the code of that template.

Does anyone knows html and can help me fix this problem? I would be very grateful!

If you scroll down on the homepage, and click on Pages 2, 3, 4 etc the posts will look differently and much better.

Does anyone know how I can make them the same on the first page too?

I'm from Romania (I don't know why is this important ) and my initial Blogspot blog is about 9 months old. But recently (1 month ago) I bought a custom domain through Blogger, and it seems that my site is considered totally new (I don't have all the backlinks that I had on the previous blog)

You should read Adsense their help and support. it may be you couldn't fulfill their criteria. website age and search engine status also is a matter for adsense

I think you should go through with the Google webmaster quality guidelines and Adsense policies before applying for the Adsense account. And, please check your email inbox with which you've applied for the adsense, for a reason for not approving the adsense for your website.

You did not get approve because they probably found to many ads on your site. Just a while guess. And you have link exchange... Google hated link exchange. This is why they made reciprocal link illegal..

the best way to get approve for adsense is try hubpages.com..

sign up and write original content with one link.. Apply within the hubpage interface then you can put it on your site...

I have analyzed some sites running Google adsense and most of the sites have privacy policy.

In your case the privacy policy is missing in your site. So add privacy policy and try it once again.

Obviously you need to add more contents, though Adsense approves some new sites in short time, most of the time it's strict to them. You may not have to edit your site's look, but you must add more contents to make it more meaningful.

You MUST have a privacy policy. End of story. It must also specifically mention the Adsense DART cookie (Google for examples).

Also I would lose Clickbank ads while I am applying for Adsense.

Thanks everyone for the opinions and suggestions!

So I will add more content, build some more authority for my site and then apply again in a few months. By the way...when I applied for Adsense, I didn't had the Clickbank ads, so for sure that wasn't the problem.

We-e-e-ll, I suppose, though this one seems slightly tailored for some specific purpose. Most people just use a generic one, you can find them around for free.

You can try to find the Easy Privacy Policy plugin for Wordpress, but be careful, the creators got caught inserting spam links in the generated privacy policies apparently, so it got pulled off the Wordpress plugin repository! But I think someone is maintaining a legit version somewhere - just "borrow" the text.

The site does look very much like it wants to be an adsense site, something Google may not want. On IE some of the images were not clear. And YES, have a privacy policy.

      This is what they said.

      "Hello,

AdSense application once AdSense code is placed on your site(s). As a
result of this review, we have disapproved your account for the following

      Issues:

      - Unacceptable site content

      Further detail:

Unacceptable site content: Your website contains content that we do not
allow at this time. Please review our policies
(https://www.google.com/adsense/policies) for a complete list of site

We-e-ell, have you looked at that list of "not allowed" content? Are you SURE you haven't got ANYTHING relating maybe to performance enhancement, or that could be construed as that?

Whats funny is, I first applied for adsense last year before I knew or learned seo. I had zero post and had a site with one article about growing marijuana and headshop ads plasterd on it. I was denied. I added 2 more post and applied again. Less then a week, they accepted me. Lol aint that something?
