Should I start my site asap for aging purposes or wait?

Hey everyone,

I've been dreaming to start an authority site (still on god knows what!) and grow it to be huge, several actually! Right now I do not have a whole ton of time to devote to it, would be a hour or so a day if that. So if I were to just keep churning out articles and adding to my site to age them would that be better in the long run then down the road do SEO? Or should I just wait for summer when I'll have tons of time to be able to create content and do SEO more regularly?

Any opinions are welcome. Thanks.

    An hour a day would be fine. You could easily write and upload an article to your site a day and a few months down the road you could have a 100+ page site,well on the way to an authority one.

    It's better to start as soon as possible. Even if you have no content to post, the message 'Under construction' and couple of sentences about your topic will work.

      Start now. But I don't agree with having pages as "under construction."

      Most users, and I think Google, hate this.

        Okay thanks a lot guys, this will actually work good because summer is in about 2 months for me. So by then I could have atleast 50+ articles no problem. I can also do little amounts of SEO nothing much though, plus I have around $300 saved up to spend on things.

    yep totally agree, get the domain registered and website setup asap

    i have a few sites that have been neglected, i havent got rid of them because i know the website and links will be good for when i come back to the domain to create a new authority site on the niche.
