While I am doing keyword research, I find one keyword is pretty much good. However, #1 & #2 ing Google both are Yahoo!Answer website.
So My Question is Should we ignore Yahoo!Answer and YouTube when we check our keyword's SEO competition?

You shouldn't ignore them, utilize, when you reach level 2 of yahoo you can post links. And youtube is awesome source of traffic, so utilize those and research your competition too for backlinks.

That's great. So if I get enough quality Back-link, that means I have opportunity to rank #1.

I think cashtree meant posting your links to Yahoo Answers, which you can only do if you have level 2 account. But yes you can always rank no 1 but some keywords may require lot of quality backlinks for that.

Don't ignore them, but it can be a good sign that your keyword is pretty uncompetitive.
Yahoo Answers especially. Just use common sense and think what kind of sites are people likely to post backlinks to? Rarely do Yahoo Answers get SEOd. Youtube videos are a bit trickier, and the popular ones can pose a pretty good threat.

It depends on the niche... Yahoo! answers usually appears for long tail queries and Youtube is for video results only.

If you have a content website, I think you can ignore these websites
