Need help using Link Assistant.

hey Everybody.
i am using link assistant from SEO power Suit
i am totally new to it.
i watched the tutorials but i dont want to do link exchange.
is there any other way to build links without exchange using link assistant.

    Link exchange is process to put your link to other websites so its depend on you how perform this activity, normally mailing is the better option.

      Ive just bought the SEO powersuite and I'm a bit underwhelmed with Link Assistant if we're being honest, I never realised it was limited to just requesting backlinks from other webmasters /reciporical linking

        You could manually input other links you want to keep track of. You can use it that way instead.

        Anyhow, the real power in the PowerSuite is SpyGlass and RankTracker.

    I will be happy if you use SEO Spyglass. You can check the backlinks of your competitors and export them. Good for spying and link building

      Ive had to slightly revise my low opinion of Link assistant, its actually reasonably good, the trick is use tools > find link partners rather than the wizard, I hope this helps

    Link Assistant does not require you do link exchanges. You can use it to contact webmasters for oneway links (like to content - link bait etc). It makes it easier to find the contact information etc. As others have stated its not all that great - I certainly would never buy it by itself - but thrown in with powersuite its decent.
