For which page should i do backlinking ?

Hi Warriors,
I am little bit confused for the reason is that, for which URL should i target in my link. My URL is (http://partners.clic507.com/z/11398/CD2100/) but when i open it in browser it redirect to (TraficoFacil.com - Rapido, Efectivo y muy Facil).
Plz explain me for which link should i do link building, and why to target that URL instead of another one?
I have another site, there is the similar question for it. When i put the website URL in browser e.g (www.abcdefg.com) it redirect to the e.g (abcdefg.com), Now for which URL should i target in link building, i mean version with www or without www ?

    It doesn't matter.

    If the site redirects you to that page, all page rank and authority will automatically redirect as well.

    If you have your own site then you have to do work for all the pages for getting back links rather than particular webpage.
