Look on Fiverr, or pay someone there to do it for you if you

1. Have a URL and 1 or more KW.
2. Build some high quality link to your URL for the KWs you chose. Go for blog posts preferably here.
3. Build some links to link built in step 1. Do SB blasts or Xrumer blasts here.

That's the most basic link pyramid. You can go much more levels/tiers..

Come on don't be lazy, just do some searching and you will find loads of information and then just test.

Just do one way backlinks - they work the best...
