Help me to make a SEO plan

Hello Everyone,

I am working on SEO field and i am newbies. I am working as a freelancer. I need help from you guys who are experts in SEO. I need a plan is about what to do for getting a rank for a site. I mean suppose i have a plan. For targeting low competitive keyword i start with social bookmarking back link and after that doing some Paul Angela back link and than Forum profile back link. I got the result within 3 weeks. And i build around 500 links total for it. So according to it i need a plan for a high competitive keyword. Like:-
1. Bookmark - (amount of link)
2. Forum profile - ( amount of link) etc.

Here are lot of SEO experts who worked with lots of sites so if you share your off site SEO plan with me it would be great help for me.

I would get a nice foundation of easier to achieve backlinks like:

- bookmarks
- press releases
- dofollow blogcomments at high PR pages with low outbound links
- article distribution
- web2.0 free blog sites

Later on I would add rented homepage links at non spammy sites with low OBL's, agree these are a bit hard to find.

Then evaluate the results and rinse & repeat. It might take "some" time.

Agree. Those are good links. Paul links and just blog comments are weak and will get deleted or deindex pretty quick. use them as second tier with a software. you can also use social bookmarks as second tier. there are free software that can do that.

As if real SEO can be explained in a 3 line forum post....

Here's a tip. Don't "freelance" until you actually are an expert.
Of some kind.

Why not read the forum? Take a month or so....

At first : Avoid Paul Angela.
in the Freelancing sites i saw too many people offering Paul Angela Profile links. but You have to remember that Profile links are not that useful.
As you need a plan for a client so you don't have to think about the contents.
Now for on pages you don't have to do anything.
Start with related blog commenting.
then start posting valuable posts in related forums.
Then web 2.0. and randomly make social bookmarking.
Try to create the web 2.0 as a link wheel (open type)
that's enough.

Paul and Angela's backlinks don't work like they used to, at least not for direct linking to the 'money site'. You should seek good SEO in diversity. Your back links should come from many different pages and platforms.
