Domain Name in a saturated market ?

Hi all,
I am a little confused regarding the best way to market a domain name that shows a high number of exact search words in Adwords & shows low competition. But its such a saturated market ie. iPadusb.com
I am not sure if I am simply wasting my time creating a web site that will be trying to enter such a saturated market already.
I'm guessing 14,000 exact hits is ok & 60,000 phrase hits is doing well... yes ?
